Hello I bought a Seibon Carbon Lip from the vendor (in stoock) forum from CVR on 4/6/09. they said it was in stock, it wasent as it took them a week to ship it out after lying to me and telling me it was shipped on the 6th. Then when Fed Ex delivered it the driver asked me to open as the box was damaged. Sure enough then lip was dadaged also. I called CVR they said send it back they would shiop another. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a relpacement which they tell me it may take at lease a ouple more weeks to ship it out. then 1-2 weeks to recieve from there. I asked for a refund and they said I need to wait a couple weeks for that even? Is there anything you guys can hep me with as this was sold supposedly (instock only forum) and it clearly wasnt and on top of that they are acting like Im not getting my money back or a replacement any time soon?
