Hey what's up . I'm not sure if I messaged you previously or not but I've been looking at your rims for a while and I am interested in them. These are including the tires/wheels right? Also, what shape are the tires in if they do include the tires and do the rims have any scuff marks? I stay in Newport News VA so you'd have to ship them over here.
