My Lancer is a CVT 4b11 160hp, 2012 Japan, ROM ID 59980003, could you let me know if it will work?

I have EDM 2008 X MR,, Tephra V3 Internal ID 53050312, Inherits 53050012. Is it possible to get the second part of the patch to switch the clutch switch input from launch maps to the brake switch input to enable launch maps?

I'm from South Africa & evos are rare here (theres only like 10-15 in the whole country) so naturally the tuning base knowledge for this car is stupidly limited. I currently own an EDM 2011 Evo X MR with the SST. I recently purchased an tactrix open port & will like to get to onto a platform to tune this car to get the maximum results out from it. My car has an ECUTek rom on it & i'd like to switch over to a tephraMOD ROM or similar.

I own a 2008 MR with the rom ID 52690024. Can I use the patch for the IDs listed for the 2008 MR? the 52690019/21 one?

If not, what do you need from me to make a patch for it?
