    oh btw what made you want to change your bearings..for me my motor is starting to make a light rattle at certain rpm and throttle position..almost like a exhaust leak or a lifter rattle .. but i know for sure i dont have a exhaust leak. it doesnt seem like a lifter it only does it at mid throttle position not under accel or decel. or idle. just that middle sweet spot when i can really hear it.

    saw your post of changing out main bearings with motor and trans still in car ..how easy was it to work out the old and new main bearings. how about trans and oil pump side where they easily removed as well..i am planning on doing this the same method as well very soon. were the thrust washers changed as well. any pointers would be very appreciated thanks.
