well the only reason i changed the ecu and intake manifold was to just make it easier on me. the ecu was already in the car and instead of taking everything out i just left it there. the tcase is smaller than the 8 so that had to go unless you can maybe find a 4 and fit it in there but honestly i rather have the 8 since i think itll hold more. the last thing wich is pretty easy and took me forever to figure out is that you also need to change the cut off part in the cam angle sensor. if you dont do this itll throw a code that your cam angle sensor and crank sensors are off . with this code on i wasnt able to pass inspection here in tx. for the longest. but other than that thats probably it. Are you looking to buy a jdm evo 4 engine pretty soon? because im having another engine fully built and im going to be selling this one.
