Can I fit 255/35/18 (PS2) on a 18x8 wheel (Team dynamics 1.2)? or should I fit 245/40?

hey, im looking for some ulta high, or high performance all season tires and need some expertise advice? I drive a little on the hard side and might track once and awhile when summer comes back, but also need good for snow. any help??
