This sucks..... I sent money for the evo 9 turbo & havent received anything yet? Before i sent you money, I looked @ your stat's, etc, it was clean.....I see all this stuff now.....

UPDATE: I have heard from Matt. I spoke with UPS and after talking to them it seems that a request to cancel delivery was made this morning (hence why I suspected fraud). After talking to UPS again now, they have told me that that request was cancelled and that the turbo will in fact be back out on the truck for delivery tomorrow. Pending the delivery of the turbo in the condition that I expected it to be in, I am going to retract any fraud complaints or accusations. If it does not in fact arrive or it is not what I expect then I will continue with the route I have started on.

Matt, I have all of your personal information, contact information and data on people you associate with. It is inevitable that we will get our money back. You can either refund it all, produce the products, or choose to accept that you will be found by the police and then put in jail for interstate, federal fraud charges. There are enough people that have been scammed by you in the past week or two to constitute this as a felony offense. Do the right thing.

kris, let me know who you speak to for your police report and I will file one with them as well for taking 275$

Matt, please refund me and whoever else's money you took. I am in the process of not only filing a fraud report, but also a police report. If you refund the money then no further action will be taken.
