Need Tuner in or Near CA That Can Tune For MAFT

I am loacted in Socal and nobody here is able to make the MAFT work on my Evo. One had my car for two weeks and still couldn't make it happen so I am looking for someone in Norcal or even an adjacent state to help me. I sent a PM to Bryan at GST, but to no avail

Thanks

Last time I had it setup the tuner couldn't get the car to run with it on. Then he made some changes and it ran...but very poorly
