Since the stock ecu can do so much I would recommend the regular MAFT. I ran one for about 3 years. I am now running the MAFT PRO. You basically get an in car computer screen that you can edit on the fly. The thing is though that you want to set up the translator unit and make all your changes from that time forward in the ecu. The only thing the MAFT pro really would buy you is that you can feed your wideband signal into the PRO and it will attempt to make WOT fueling changes on the fly by lying to the ecu with an altered airflow Hz signal. I have used it and it does work. However I have since stopped using it because my fueling is so good without it and I don't feel like a wideband malfunction causing an aborted pass.

Make sure you read the manual. Everybody seems to set them up incorrectly. I don't understand it as the instructions are well written.

i ve had the maftpro for a year now using it as only a boost control and switchable aux fuel and boost control. Will have to make the dive into the meat of the unit very soon as I am running into limitations of the stock maf.
