MAFT Pro installed, problems

I installed the MAFT pro and speed density stuff yesterday. I'd done this install on 2 mkIII supras, so I am pretty familiar with the hardware and initial setup. All the settings are in accordance with the quick setup instructions:

Vehicle Sel: 0
# of Cyl: 4 for DSM and EVO, 6 for 3S
Displ: 2.0 for DSM and EVO, 3.0 for 3S
Airfl Source: 0
MAP Source: 0
Dens Srce: 0
Baro Mode: 1
F-Out Mode 1 for DSM 1G, 2 for EVO, 3 for DSM 2G and 3S
V-Out1 Mode 1 for 1G DSM when using a DSMChips.com chip, 0 otherwise.
V-Out2 Mode 0
AFR Source 0-none;1-LC1;2-LM1;3-AFM1,AEM,PLX;4-Tech Edge;5-Zeitronix; 6-Dynojet
F-In Mode 0 - no MAF connected.
Aux1 mode 0
Main Scale: This setting adjusts the entire flow range. Can be used to adjust for injector size.
V-Out1 Set: Set for 75 degrees airtemp dislayed on logger. (2.5 volts)
V-Out2 Set: Set for 96 KPA displayed on BARO on logger (4.0 volts)
Afterstart: Set to 0.0, if startup leanness is experienced after the system is tuned, add some afterstart
compensation here.
Lo Load Point - the load value for the Tune menu, set to 36.4
Mid Load Point - the load value for the Tune menu, set to 100.1
High Load Point - the load value for the Tune menu, set to 143
F Out Max - 0
TM Base - set to 0.0 See Timing Monitor Setup instructions for use
TM Correct - Set to 1.27 See Timing Monitor Setup instructions for use
AF TrDelay - Set to 0. Delay in seconds that AFR tracking will wait after enabling before it will correct.
Make sure all settings in the Air Temp, Aux Trig, and the AF tune pages are 0.0
Set the Response: TPS Enrich .50, TPS Decay .80, TB size 7 MAP Enrich 0.4, MAP Decay .80 MAP TPSmin
0.400 (set to .05 above idle TPS if the Rs parameter is being triggered at idle)

My idle is horrible, it will start fluctuating until it stalls. It is also barely driveable, initial throttle application will cause the car to bog, same with going WOT. If I am over 2000rpm and gradually apply throttle, it is OK for the most part. I verified that all the sensors are reading what they should. I have the ZT-2 hooked up to it and it is reading AFR correctly. I saw another post from last year that described my exact symptoms but the resolution wasn't discussed. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like your VE table and tip in throttle settings need some work.

So this is normal after initial install then? When I did the supra, there was no need to adjust the VE table or anything. It idled and drove like stock. Do you have any values I could use to get me started? Like a good baseline to work from?
