MAFTP with reflash
If I were to install the maftp, would it be advisable to flash my car back to its stock configuration?

If you flash back to stock you will probally run into fuel and boost cuts. MAFTpro will work fine over a flash.

Hmm. I thought that the maftpro will eliminate the fuel cut? "Maximum MAF HZ" this is what I set a little higher, I haven't run into boost or fuel cut yet running 22 psi.

I am pretty sure its still there. I hit fuel cut on the way up to Orlando to have Jestr tune my ECU.

So instead of modifying from the factory trims, I will be manipulating the values incorperated into the reflash from 0% on the translator correct? Wouldn't that throw things off if I added larger injectors? I do understand some of the boost cut ect. limits have been raised with the reflash, I just want a solid table to work from.

No there is a mainscale adjustment that will shift the whole fueling map over to normal once the correct "lean shift" is entered. 20% larger injectors? Mainscale set to -20%.

I run 780's and that is about 30% larger, I have the main scale now at -26% and seems to run pretty good, but at idle I have to add about 14% fuel.

Make sure your afterstart enrichment setting is correct. This creates a large driveability issue if left lean.
