02 lancer es electrical confusion
i have an 02 lancer es with some problems
my headlights only work on high beams but they are normal brightness
my windshield wipers only work on highest speed but are working medium speed
the windshield wiper fluid dosen't work
no turn signals and lights not showing up on dash
my cigarette lighter isnt working to charge anything
my radio, the light inside work
i went to dealership they said its the column ecu or etacs ecu they dont know which one it is its basically a 50/50 shot
any ideas what it is or how to tell which one it is

Electircal fun..
Our 03 has a horn that works when it feels like it, and the cruise control has stopped but lights up on the dash, but vacuum line is fine. It seems to work better when the air outside is dry, moisture seems to be a problem. Maybe the leads are corroded.
