03 lancer OZ!! Evo parts??
Hey everyone I'm new to the forums. Also new is my 03 lancer oz. so far I love it. Drives nice.
I had a question though..
I obviously couldn't afford a evo but I want to add as much evo parts as possible. First, I would like to know if anybody is familiar with this. What could I change to make it look like an evo? My main thing is the front grill area. What could I buy to have that evo look?
And whatever else anybody has to add.
Thanks so much!!!

Because its not your dream car. Why try to convince people your car is an Evo when it's a 120 HP, FWD Lancer? A Lancer can look pretty damn good when modded properly. One that looks just like an Evo just screams ricer, at least that it what I would scream if I saw one driving by. The money it will cost to make your Lancer look just like an Evo could be used to buy a real Evo.

I guess it doesn't have to look exactly like an evo. I just don't like the stock look of an OZ.
Ambystom, you say it can look good if modded properly... What's your advice? I'm new to this car and have no clue where to start.

If you think it's as easy as slapping on some bumpers and you have an evo look-alike, it's going to cost a lot more than just that to get a full evo look. If you decide to not go with a full evo look and just half *** it, it's just going to look like a ricey lancer. Or just save money to get a real evo down the road and not waste money now. Your decision.

Ok yes I understand this already. It's been said a couple times. I'll stay away from the evo look but I want to make the oz look better and would like some advise. Thanks.
