Look at my plugs plz!! (pic)

These are 1 week old NGK plugs gapped to 0.04" , my engine's been running pretty lame for the last 8 months or so. I'm putting in new O2 sensors tomorrow if they come. I also put in a new ignition coil about a month ago and new NGK boots last week too. I've been suspecting a blown Head Gasket, but aside from the whiteish plugs, I don't have any other noticable signs. I'm hoping the O2 sensors will solve most of the engine issues, but if the head gasket is blown I'm sure I'll just keep fouling sensors and plugs.

Does this plug show any clues to my engine that I should be aware of?

Thanks!
Devin

Besides being blurry at the point of interest no noticable signs of trouble. Plug color is normal and does not appear to have the signs of running super lean or rich.

Coolant will leave deposits on the strap and insulator. Usually the coolant deposit color is light but sometimes that varies. Oil deposits will look like fire place soot same place.

Overheating the plug if its lean will blister the insulator making it look like it was boiling and the strap will be severely worn out or discolored.

Edit:
On a second thought the plugs if are 8 months in an are white probably running lean.
