02 lancer oz rally troubleshooting

My wife owns an 02 oz rally and all at once her blinkers quit working but her flashers do and her headlights work and come on but the brights do not turn on or off and her windshield wipers only have one speed and her windshield wiper fluid does not squirt out but her resoivoir is full. I've checked the fuses and they seem to be in good working order and I've also done some research and it told me to change the front ecu so I did and the problem still is present. Please help.

could be the switch, column ecu, or etacs ecu or something like that....i'll have a look through the wiring diagrams and see if i can narrow it down for you...

Are you saying that the turn signals don't work but your hazard lights do work? So all of your problems are happening from the switch lever? I would tear apart the column and make sure everything in the switch seems to be operating correctly. But that probably is the problem.

See that's what I though but it all went out at the same time and it's on both the left and right switch. That's why I thought it might be something more in depth than just the switches.

tear your steering column apart and take a good look at both switches and make sure everything checks out. make sure you're getting power up to your switches, and if you can, try using a jumper wire and jump contacts and see if you can get the stuff to turn on that won't work. if it works with the jumper wire, then you know that the switch is the problem. Even though it seems weird for 2 switches to go at the same time, doesn't mean it's not possible. But before diving into everything, take a good look at all of your fuses again, make sure to check the ones under the hood too. my lancer is in the body shop or i would peck around to help narrow the problem down.
