Clutch problem maybe?

Hey guys,
I have a 2003 oz lancer and just replaced my clutch and I seem to be having troubles with it or at least I think that it is the clutch.
This is what is happening: while I am driving in any gear at a lower rpm like 2250 and I try and speed up quicker it feels like it is slipping like no power is getting to the wheels and it jerks really fast. Even if I am just driving at a steady speed it seems jerky. Not sure what it is but help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you have it done at a shop? I would take it back.

I did it my self. I talked to a few people about clutch adjustment but I'm not to sure what that beens. They were saying somthing about the clutch pedal being adjusted but don't understand how that would help and not even sure how to do that.

doing a clutch adjustment on the pedal is typically for a cable clutch. did you bleed the clutch? did you change the throw out bearing?

I changed the throw bearing and bleed the clutch and I just adjusted the clutch pedal so that it sits higher and seem to be running a lot smoother but not perfect yet. Not sure that this is the correct way to fix the problem but I just read that every clutch you usually need to adjest the pedal to change how much the throw bearing can move. Hope this is right.

is this whats happening with u?!!
" ok so here's the scenario, i'm on the highway and on 5th gear, rpm around 2-3.... i want to accelerate so i press the pedal gradually, it accelerates normally weird hah? naah kidding anyway but when i press the gas pedal hard or floor it on 5th and maybe 4th i notice that rpm jumping to 5-6 without accelerating! it's like an automatic transmission kick down :S !!!! when i release the pedal gradually the rpm falls down to 2-3 rpm and then i'll have to be more gentle on the pedal to get the acceleration that i want! weird isnt it?!

does anyone have an idea whats going on? i kinda smell this odour that i think its significat to the clutch when i get out of the car.....i know that i have a bad vehicle speed sensor does have to do anything with this? maybe clutch? disk? flywheel slipping? i really have never seen it before in a MANUAL car!!!!!! i read once that the lancer manual tranny is 5sp with overdrive! is there such thing as an overdrive in a manual tranny?!!!! can it be the tranny going bad??!!!!!! i dont think so but i'm just brainstorming with you guys....
please give me your feedback!"
