Question about Condenser Fan

Hello,

Earlier this month I posted about the AC going from cool to not cool. Anyway, After having it recharged with die they found the leak plus another problem. They said it needs a new condenser fan (the one in it is locked up) and high/low side schrader valves (thats where the leak is).

Does anyone know if these parts are easy to change myself or is it kind of thing best left for professionals? I changed the brake pads using the directions on the how to site and found it easy now am wondering rather to try this as the shop wants 375 bucks to change the condenser fan when at autozone the parts only like 100 bucks.

Also does anyone know what a high/low side schrader valves are and where to buy them? I ask because I do not see anything by that name on the autozone site.
