Engine getting too hot?

Hey,

Well my 03 oz is acting a little different these pasyt few months. Sitting idyl in drive thru at places and temp gauge goes way up,also if my window is rolled down,it feels like there is more hot air coming from engine then should be. I gotta get it state inspected soon, might have them check it out..any ideas?

thanks
