Drives: 03 Lancer OZ Rally

Kind of unimportant question/issue about instrument gauge but..

Sup people,

I am new here. Proud to be part of the club. Well hey,i had couple questions. I got 03 OZ Rally, and well my instrument gauge cluster isnt in as best shape as I would like, back in november i was wiping it off with an armorall original protectant wipe ands i guess somehow it got in behind and well it left marks, like a whole bunch of moisture drop and fog marks, probly 2 inches to the left of the pin wide, and then down beneath there was like moisture running down marks and also on the right of it,long story short it caused a whole bunch of marks, i dont know it caused that much but it did,and well around april-may i get in my oz and it was gone, the original marks were there, but they were clear, and not white/greyish/brownish fog color,so i was like oh ok weird. Some of the marks are as white as grey hair! Well yesterday i wiped off dash with a hot wet paper towel, guess what..back. Me and my friend took it off and wiped and wiped and wiped with everything possible, but it didn t come out.so i dont know what is causing that, and the fact that it went away, and showed up again when i wiped it? Has to be inside the plastic, cuz from outside it looks like you could just wipe it off, nope. WOULD NOT BUDGE. should take a pic..

I'm guessing all the marks are on the inside of the cluster. So yeah, time to get personal with your Lancer. Look on the How-to section to find out how to remove the instrument cluster. It's very very easy, should only take like 5 minutes. I would explain it myself, but I'm not too great at giving instructions XD
