Problem with cruise control, piggyback

I just installed my RRM Piggyback and I now I can't get my cruise control to work. Its either that, or I haven't hooked up my cat O2 sensor when I did my exhaust work yesterday. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Make sure the vacuum line going from the cruise control motor to the throttle body valve is not leaking.

I checked them. They all look good and secure. If I didn't have my 02 sensor plug hooked up, would it matter for the cruise control. I know some cars if one thing goes wrong, it won't work.
