header noises
ok so i installed a new header on my car the other day and now theres an odd rattle like noise coming from somewhere around the cat. ive made sure everything is tight and there are no loose heat shields or anything near the cat.
any ideas?
only thing i could possibly figure is something inside the cat broke loose and is rattling around but i wanted some oppinions before i got under there to take it off

What kind of header is it ?
The Kamikazi makes a weird noise also , louder when in reverse .
Its the downpipe hitting the subframe .
Mine does it also , didnt before not just started noticed that the down pipe is about 1/10 of an inch off the subframe so im going to take it soon to a shop to have it pulled down a bit .

Kamikaze...enjoys to make noise, if that's what you got, then....that's what you got.

Mine didnt make the noise before , i like how this header sounds!
The only reason it makes noise is because it sits to close to the subframe sometimes rubbing on it and making it rattle

I'm going to try some ghettones to make it stop making the noise.
first step...wrap the DP in insane amounts of exhaust wrap...

define "make the hangars go higher" that makes sense what you're saying, but no sense in how to do it.
