Slight vibrations at higher speeds?

Just wondering if any of you guys experience slight vibrations when going above 120 km/h. I recently got a set of new rims, the tires are 225/40/18, would that have an effect on it? I know the rims are (or should be) balanced, so I don't think that's the prob. Would tire pressure cause vibrations?
