Drives: 2008 Lancer GTS 5 spd w/ sun&sound

Kind of odd that they would use a different check valve in the auto vs the manual....same engine and braking systems, just different gears

I imagine it's because of the additional slowing forces the CVT or auto trannies can provide to the braking systems.

sorry to continue this thread, but the CVT has no more, if not less engine braking force...that still doesn't explain why they would make a different braking system...think
