I no kidding just replaced that ecu but have no idea what that pin is. A buddy of mine (ASE Cert Mechanic) was troubleshooting cause my cc wasn't working. I let him borrow my repair manual cd because it has a wiring diagram for that system (and all the other systems too). He said the vacuum pump wasn't getting power. So he shot the wires back to that ecu and said power wasn't getting from that ecu to the vacuum pump and the ecu would need to be replaced. I actually found one on eBay for $35. Anyway, replaced the ecu but have to get my car back to my buddy so he can reset the system. He says after the reset it should be good to go...we'll see. Sorry I can't be more help but as soon as I get my repair manual CD back I'll let you know.

Actually you can reset the system by yourself, put ignition switch to Ready state, but do not ignite and disconnect battery, wait for 5 minutes, and connect it again, mind the polarity(disconnect negative).
