Need to troubleshoot a bit more...

When it is shaking - put the car in neutral - does it stop shaking?

When it is shaking - lightly depress the brakes - does it stop? If so - now try it with the parking brake (to isolate front from rear brakes)...

Could be:
Tires (balance or cupped)
CV joint/shaft
Engine/tranny mounts

or more... so report back!

From experience it starts to stop when I press lightly on the brakes but I'll check when I get on the highway

If so - you may have a warped rotor or bad bearings.

Jack (use jackstands!) and pull/push the wheel (any play?)

Jack and spin the wheel - does the rotor go 'whooshwhooshwhoosh' and you can see the caliper 'pulsing' as it moves against the rotor?

With the parking brake on, rear wheels chocked, and the car in neutral - they should spin with only some effort.

Report back!

If the rotors are not warped and it shakes violently when going at higher speeds but decreases as you slow down it is mostly likely your outer tie rods. I had this exact issue on my evo.

It's not a violent shakes but it's more like a vibration. And I will check again on Thursday .

Okay, well i had written out a long detailed response, but the website logged me out.
Basically, I have the same issue, and it boiled down to the tires, different tires = no problem, rotations every 200-300 miles (Very impractical, i know) = no problem. I'll hopefully have new tie-rods soon and i'll update on that, but until then i just tap the gas or slow down by 5ish MPH add speed back up, another possible issue is a wheel weight, make sure they are all nice and tight!

Suprised noone has mentioned wheel bearings!
Jack car up again and try to shake wheel left to right.
(ie grab rim, and shake violently with the car properly supported, it will somewhat be like 'if you had a loose lug nut')
if you get any play while doing this replace hub+bearing
