Looking for a Cluch for an 06 Lancer

I'm trying to find some other options besides the clutches from SpeedCorps, RRM, and OEM. My DD is an 06 Lancer ES. The clutch is starting to slip a little at higher RPM at the beginning of a shift. Anyone have any suggestions?

I can get a EXEDY organic OEM organic clutch and pressure plate at AutoZone for about $270 (Lifetime Warranty, no questions asked)... but that's the stock clutch, I want something a little better.

I came across some stuff while I was at work tonight. The clutch kit for the 2006 Lancer is correct (as far as the Disc and Pressure Plate). The throwout bearing is different, but I found the right one from a 98 Mirage 4G93. Now my question is; Would a clutch set from a 98 Mirage work on the 06 Lancers? The clutch kit for the Mirage has the correct release bearing, and the Disc is identical (even matching part numbers). The pressure plate looks very similar (color differences) but can't find a part number.

Yes it will, and so will a clutch/bearing/pressure plate from an 89-94 non-turbo eclipse.

Now the question for all of you is this; which one would you guys pick over these 2 options.

$297.02 - EXEDY
$85.59 - Valeo

Both carry a lifetime warranty and that's total cost including taxes.

They're both good brands and should be about the same. Where did you find the valeo for that cheap?

They are supposed to be OEM replacements, but I contacted the vendor of the clutches and they said the clamp force on the pressure plates are 2100lbs on both. If memory server correctly the clamp force stock is 1700lbs.
