Built auto or manual tranny?

Well like i said before. I have a 4g94 in my garage with an automatic transmission. I called a few companies around about a high stall torque convertor and built transmissions. The cheapest place i found was 400 dollars for a tc and its rated up to 500hp. As for the transmission it was about 2000-2500 rated over 500hp. I do plan on keeping the mirage as a daily but also as a drag. A high stall tc can be faster than a manual between 0.5-2 secs in a 1/4 mile. Which one should i do?

If it's drag, the automatic.

Well do you have a thing for shifting gears? I'm debating about the same thing right now... Built auto or swap for a manual....

Of course i like the manual but i still prefer speed better. Each second counts for these motors.
