Custom Dual
I thought I'd share some pics of the install of my custom exhaust, quality isn't the best because it was taken on a cell camera

Final Result
Too bad it was too loud on the low rpm range for my preference, so they will modify it again.

They just took one of the resonators, and replaced it with another muffler with backflow on it. and now it sounds sweet!
it has a low throathy rumble on initial acceleration then becomes silent when it hits around 2k rpm, which is great for me, since it runs silent during normal driving.
But when I floor it and it hits 2.5k it ROARS all the way up to 5.5k!!!
I was driving in the freeway at 55 mph and the rpm was just below 2k, and it ran so silent I could hear the road bumps (this wasn't the case before) but when I hit the gas and the rpm started climbing you can hear the car roar to life!

I think it looks decent, but I guess to each his own. I must say you really need a muffler with a backflow somewhere in the exhaust, since this car is extrmely loud without it.

damn, looks great!!! is there a indent on the driver's side rear end for exhaust to fit or did you have to cut it or get an after market bumper or what? how much did it cost?

is that a Gillman emblem on the back? you live in houston my girl got her lancer from gilman what part of houston do you stay in?
we have a lancer crew with about 5 GTS's and 4 Evo X's we go out by nasa road 1 on fridays

They had to cut a part of the bumper. The guy that did the mods for me gave me everything for $320, I bought the paint myself though.
Yeah I live in houston, and got it from gillman in sugarland, I'd like to meet up with you guys, and see what mods you all have.
