Drives: 08 Lancer GTS

Outlander CVT = Lancer CVT

Yes the two are the same, but they are both on 4 cyl motors. The trans on the Outlander LS and XLS, the V6 versions, is a 6 spd Sportronic auto with overdrive. It is not a CVT trans rated at 220+ hp! I have both. I have an 08 Lancer GTS CVT, and an 08 Outlander XLS. Its not the same trans for christ sake!

The ES and SE are available with the 2.4L 144 hp I4 motor and CVT trans!
The LS and XLS are availalbe with the 3.0 L 220 hp V6 motor and 6 spd auto!

Please stop with the "they are the same trasn, we should swap" post!

Here are some websites to look at.
