CV bad AGAIN!

I replaced my driver side cv axle about 3 months ago and its starting to do the same thing the last one was. Pops if I take off on a hill like its got too much slack in it, vibrations when weight is lifted off the front of the car while under accelerating ie comming over the top of a hill. I dont understand how it can go bad so fast....I dont do burnouts or drive very hard. Somethings not making sence. Any ideas? Im about to put this car on a frame rack and just see I feel like smoething just isn't right

Have you inspected all of your bushings in the front end - sway bar, control arm, ball joint, etc.?

I've checked everything and when I had it alligned the guy check everything too and said it looked fine. When I replaced the cv the first time I pulled and pushed and wiggled on the lower arm and it felt fine. Tire tread wears almost perfect so I dont suspect the ball joint. It's possable I just got a bad shaft but I have no other brands to go with here, I had a hell of a time finding the one I got.
