quick coilover question
Hey guys,
This might be a dumb question but i couldnt find an answer when I searched so here goes...
When you lower your car w/ coilovers do all of the coilovers need to be adjusted to the same height?
I ask because my car kind of leans to the driver side and if i purchased coilovers i would want to compensate for that if possible

Do you have oil leaking out of your drive side shocks? Sounds like you current setup is bad and coilover would fix this.

The best idea in my mind (and I've had professionals agree on this one) is that you should measure the height of each corner to make sure they match with you in the driver's seat. I had someone measure from the ground up "through" the center cap on the wheel to the fender, then made sure each side matched. To get each side at the same height, it wont work to simply set the spring seats (if they're partially adjustable - fully adjustable is different) to the same heights since weight differs side-to-side.

Ya, its called counter weighting or something like that and there are a few shops that will do it for you professionally with professional equipment but good luck finding one.

You can change each one of them to whatever height you want.
