Question about adjusting coilover dampers

I have a set of Megan Coilovers on my car and I'm just wondering if I need to raise my car to adjust the damper or if I can just leave it on the ground.

Thanks

You can leave it on the ground while adjusting the dampening settings.

Thanks guys, 1 more question. Is it bad for the Coilovers if I just leave it at a stiff setting for a long time?

Thanks

I can't imagine, other than giving your car more of a beating..
