Im runnng the same setup but i have a 225/40/18 on 18x8 Type m. Im lowered on Eibach sportlines and have no problems. You should be fine.

The tire sensors are part of the valve stem and can be removed and re-used in your new setup, all you need to do is reprogram them at a local dealer.

you dont need to reprogram them just transfer them over no reprogramming needed, trust me i just did it 2 days ago.
