Found them on the H&R Website and then searched for a store to get em. Drop is 1.4F 1.3R. Price here doesn't look too bad either.

I had these installed on my RS before I went with coilovers. The pictures on my garage show the ride height and cornering with them. I was pretty happy with them for street and light track use
