Took the sensors out of the old rims, and put them on the new ones before I had the rubber installed. Works fine, you just need to unscrew the sensor from the inside of the rim.

Yup, just need a ratchet or wrench to unscrew it.
The nut has a rubber seal on the end of it i believe, or the sensor itself.

I took my sensors from the old rims and put them on the new rims. However fitment is not guaranteed. The stock rims had a machined, flat hole that assures that it won't leak air. In many aftermarket wheels however, (mine included), the hole was located along the crease and it wasn't machined flat. 3 of my wheels were leaking air and the guy who mounted my wheels and tires had to change the small O ring and put a thicker one and it finally worked.
