Lightbulb Front sway bar bushings installed

Installed the energy suspension endlinks along with the bushings. FYI the 25mm sway bar bushing set is NOT a direct fit. The passenger side will fit but the drivers side requires some modification. The bushing "c-brackets" are too long in the Energy suspension set. You have to cut it to match the length of the stock one. Also you have to grind off the grease nipple completely as there isn't enough clearance for it. I do not know of any adverse affects of cutting it off but it is necessary.

As for the endlinks, it may be because i installed the bushings also, but hand tight+1 turn is definately not enough. The bushings in the energy suspension set are nuch thicker and need to be compressed more to match the original stock length. If not, the bushings do not seat correctly. I went till 4 threads were showing but i think it needs to be tightened even more. Btw this is with using the stock metal spacers along with all parts included in the kit. Endlinks were assembled correctly in this order from bottom to top; bolt-washer-bushing-lca-bushing-washer-spacer-washer-bushing-sway bar-bushing-washer-nut
