Will these fit my ES....pls help!

I don't know much about tires/rims. Will these fit my ES Sport. If so, is there anything I need to match the Offset? I've listed the specs below.
Rims:

I would think it would fit. The most aggressive setup I've seen so far on 08/09 Lancers is 18x8.5 +30 offset and lowered on teins, but he had to slightly roll the fenders in the rear. So using this as a reference, you're setup should fit fine.

if you can go with 235/40R18s instead of 225s you will be closer to your original tires overall diameter. Plus a slightly larger contact patch will improve traction/handling.
