Fronts technically fit, but the rears do not. You wouldn't want Evo coilovers as the spring rates would be way off and make for a very uncomfortable ride.

I bought some Megan coilovers off a guy that claimed he had them on his lancer and fit. He said he got them from his brother that had an evolution and he swapped the back lower ends for a lancers.
I was a bit skeptical, because I was afraid it would be too stiff like you guys said, but from what he said, the ride was still smooth with great improvements in handling. So I decided to buy them and I installed them myself in about 3 hours with no fitment issues.
They turned out great, and I cant stop taking turns with almost twice the speed now.
Overall I am very happy with them and have no regrets on buying them. They are not too stiff, and they work great.
Although I dont think everyone has the convenience of switching the lower halfs on the backs. And my dampening might be a little bit different from anyone elses, but I still have a nice range from soft to hard.

"Back lower ends"? So you swapped out the bottom of the coilover assembly? Or you swapped in the Evo lower control arms?

So basically you have Lancer coilovers with stiffer springs. Not exactly the same as swapping in Evo rear suspension.
