lb/ft of torque required to retighten bolts?

Hey guys, I'm looking at buying a rear strut bar for my 05 Lancer ES and I'm wondering if you guys knew what the lb/ft of torque required to retighten bolts are. (Bar doesn't come with instructions)

Thanks

33 +/- 3 lbs/ft (for an Evo) but should be that or very close to that.
