Question new brakes

i'm planning on getting some new rotors and pads. i was planning on getting the axxis ultimate pads from RRM cuz for once it seems they are the least expensive i can find for them. I wanted new rotors too but my parents don't want to pay much so i was wondering if you guys think these rotors are legit.

there ebay and stuff. you think OEM rotors would go well with the pads? and does anyone know if these rotors are up to OEM quality. its not the right one in the picture and stuff so i was wondering if anyone has bought these.

thanks guys

I have a Ralliart though, but I do have R1 blanks. Decent replacement, no issues, fitment was on point. I'd say go for it.
