2003 oz rally suspension help

hey guys, i have a 2003 lancer oz rally with tein basic coilovers. stock rims/performance tires.
i had 17" rims with 215/45/17 tires on it before...and i think i blew 2 of my shocks, 1 rear and 1 front.
i plan to use my stock rims with performance tires now.
but i need new suspension...what i want is a low ride, at least 3" drop. im wondering whats a good way to do it and which coilover or shock/spring combo to use. my tein basics were good, but a lil stiff..and durability was moderate.

I f you wanna drop 3" you probably wont find many springs that do that. If you find a set of quality coilovers with spring rate adjustability you can set the spring rate to however soft or firm a setting as you please. Eibach and TEIN are the first two companies that come to mind.
