this mite sound like a dumb question and answered many times
but will stock evo x rims fit without rolling fenders, lowered and running 240

cause stock evo x is +38 offset

cause im worried about if it will rub in the rear?

cause i have prodrive GC-10 18x8.5 +35 offset and need 2 c if i have 2 roll my rear fenders 2 make them fit and dono whts the widest tire size i can go cause fronts im not 2 worried about as my evo x conversion fenders r wider

I can't find a cohesive answer in this thread...

I currently have 2 options I'm looking at:

19x8.5 +42mm offset
18x8 +40mm offset

Can someone match tire sizes to these that don't rub? I don't plan on lowering the car which is why I want to go 19" to fill the well a little more.

If the offset is too much on the 19" what is an acceptable offset for this size?

Anybody experienced 19x8.5" on their gts or ralliart? I'm trying to know what tire and what offset will fit without rubbing. Thanks!

New Rims Inquiry

I am getting new rims and new tires for my Blue 2008 GTS and was looking for advice. I got myself set on Falken Torgue 5's. They are 18x7, Lug Pattern: 5x114.3, offset: 42mm and center bore 73.2mm.

http://www.falkentire.com/Wheels/Pas...els/Torque-5-2

The questions I have are:

1. Will they fit?

2. How do I make them hub centric and what is the cars actual center bore size?

3. And what size tires should I get? I'm going with the General UHP 215/45-18. Is this a good choice that will fit my rim snugly and not have any overhang or stick out beyond the lip of the rim.

Any advice is greatly appreciated as I am an auto noob. Thanks.

18x7 is stock rim size.. and 215/45 is also stock tire size.. so thay will all fit fine.. and if ur taking them to a tire shop to get them installed they should be able to let u know if u need hub rings or not..

Hey guys, my 1st post here. where I live, there are other names for the equip type, for example GTS here is the Instyle, we got 4 equip types. Ok my question is, for some aftermarket rims with these specs 18x7.5 +44, do the stock tires fit? 215/45/R18(to us, stock tires are Yokohama Advan A10). Another question, if the stock tires fit on the aftermarket specs, does the tire stretches a bit, because i want that

Thanks!

Hi i got used set of Konig Unknown wheels 18x7,5 offset 45mm the bolt pattern is 5/114.3 with Goodyear F1 255/45-18 tires i tried them on my Lancer DE 2009 and they will fit and i can turn wheels easy there is enought space but i worried that bad things can happends when im driving, maybe i can use some wheels spacers and will be ok?

Anyone tried this size (255) of tires on any Lancer?

BTW.I didnt buy this set new and tires was free.

Sorry for bad pictures ( its was dark outside) i will take new one tommorow.
