Brake rotor hot spots?!

i was gonna get my rotors resurfaced but the mechanic just told me that they can do it but the rotor is all jacked up and has hot spots on it. he recomended getting new rotors now instead of having them resurfaced and having to buy new ones later in a fe months. whatya think. should i just get them resurfaced now and get new rotors later? also when i try to decelerate from anywhere above 60 miles an hour, my steering shakes a LOT and the brakes feel like their pulsing. is this because of the "hot spots" damm i need help. thanks in advance i guess i do a lot of hard breaking on the mountains here so is that whjat caused it?

just replace them. You cant machine the heat spots off, and you dont want to get brake fade coming down those mountins
