Drives: lancer 2009 gts

i want to paint my grill n rims

i was guna wondering which is better paint to use? duplicolor or plasti dip? and do i have to use a clear coat?

plasti dip will be hard to clean. Your best bet will be duplicolor.

Clean them down, sand them and paint them several times. Sand them down between coats then use a clear coat to finish it off.

wait i have to sand between coats? wont that make the paint come off? sry idk im a newb at this lol.

if i do have to sand between coats do i have to wait for the coat to dry before sanding?

You should but you dont have to. The sanding between coats with a fine sandpaper just allows the next coat to bond better. Wait for the paint to dry before sanding.
