Replacement Fenders

I'm not sure if this made it to the right spot, but, has anyone seen/ heard of these before? Are they a direct replacement or just a cover for the existing fenders? I got into an accident and have a $500 deductible. This would be a cheaper way of going, if they are of decent quality.

EDIT: I see that this is simply extreme dimensions.... has anyone worked with them before? Are they a fair company with decent products?

Extreme dimensions screwed me over, not with fenders but I got the GT concept front bumper from them which doesn't fit without taking the bumper support off which basically means you hit something your totaled, when asked extreme dimensions about this I got no response, i'm not sure if i'd buy something from them
