Drives: Lancer OZ Rally

03 Lancer OZ Cold Air Intake

Hey everyone i have an automatic 03 lancer oz and i wanna get a cold air intake... i looked in ebay and there are some that only cost 30-50 bucks but they say its only for manual transmissions... whats the difference in between the two?

1, ebay ones arent carb....wont pass smogg, 2] auto trannys are bigger than manual ones 3] its ebay cheap knockoff walmart brand

I just made my own from autozone (yes auto zone) they have the peace together intakes and it cheaper then buying a short ram thats only for autos. the only mod i had to do was i moved my battery to the truck. 2073337_74_full.jpg IMAGE_00008.jpg hey it works for me.

Just get a short ram, the difference is negligible and you won't have as many fitment issues.
