how to flip your round turn signals with the running day lights!

okay so this a writeup on how to flip the running day lights with your turn signals so your turn signals are always on instead of your day lights.

Materials: Wire Cutter, electrical tape. scissors. wrench to take negitve off.

REMOVE NEGITIVE FROM BATTERY!

1. open up your hood
2. remove the headlights ( i started with drive side one)
3. cut the day running lights wire. make sure you leave enough wire on both sides.
4 strip both sides. the 2 going into the light bulb itself. and the two going away from the lightbulb that you cut.
5. cut the turn signal wires and strip the wires as well
6. now you want to figure out which is the positive. which is the *colored* wire. connect the turn signal positive colored wire with the day time running colored wire that is coming out of the bulb. and connect the two black ones together as well. ( you connect them by twisting them together with eachother)
7. now take the day time running wires and connect them with the turn signal wires that lead into the turn signal bulb. repeating steps six with the colored wires connecting with eachother and the black with eachother.
8. after they are all connected ethier apply electrical tape. or you can solder them.
9. repeat steps 1-8 with the right headlight as well.

10. your all done! now your big cirlce lights should run all the time when you switch it to the middle position instead of the headlight positing from inside the car.!

by the way when you put your turn signal on it will click alot faster. but this shouldnt affect your car in any major way. the bulb might blow out faster lol

Have you found a fix for the fast blinking problem?
Can you use a resistor or something?

you can go to www.autolumination.com they have the blinker fix for using led blinkers which does the exact same thing (strobe).
