H.I.D questions???

i want to get some hid's for my car, i hav a 2006 lancer es, can i just buy the kit and it will work, or will i have any problems??

You can buy just the kit if you want. It will work.

Myself though, I dont believe in buying HID kits if you aren't going to retrofit a set of HID projectors into the headlights. I think this because is you use stock headlights that are meant for standard halogen bulbs, it results in the blinding of the drivers in front of you and coming toward you.

But your car is your car. Yes the HID's will work, but you don't get as good of quality as you would with a retrofit.

MX41 is spot on. They will work but you'll be giving off a good bit of glare. Also if you do get a kit. Stick with 4000k.
