How to rewire '04+ headlights!

To make the front turn signal a running light, and make the corner lens the turn signal isn't really hard. I didn't take pictures during install due to camera batteries being dead, but I made a 2-d version in AI.

Make sure you are comfortable with cutting and connecting wires, especially tiny ones with not much to work with.
Get a dedicated pair of wire cutters and crimpers if you are going that route, I did, or solder if you go that route. I really suggest having some 18 or 16 gauge wire because they are so short in the car. I wired mine with the lights in the car. Remove the bumper if you want. It's actually very easy and simple. There are two wires coming out of the turn signal socket, there are two wires coming out of the running light socket. So cut the wires on the turn signal and running light and basically just switch the wires into the different sockets. Meaning, the running light has the turn signal's old wires going into it, the turn signal has the old running light's wires in it. Make sure all the connections are secure and everything works. Very easy and one light took me maybe 20 - 30 minutes. And I was sort of figuring out what to do, how to do it and trying to find all the damn parts I needed. For the best results, remove the amber lens over the turn signal circle and upgrade to a better bulb; www.autolumination.com
