Drives: 2004 lancer oz rally

compression ratio

i have a 04 oz rally and thinking about rebuilding it with 10:1 ratio but want to get turbo kit later whats the best ratio to run with a turbo setup?

higher comp ratio = good for n/a
lower comp ratio = good for turbo

correct me guys if im wrong.
